Our rooms are comfortably furnished with shower, WC, Hairdryer, balcony (partly with deck), SAT-TV and heater furnished. We also offer you a generous breakfast buffet in our dining room with a view of the lake.

Some of our rooms have recently been completely renovated and newly refurnished.

Your room or apartment is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival..
On the day of departure we please you to make the room/apartment available to us by 10 a.m..
We would like to be able to hand over clean accommodation to the next guest.
Please note that the bedrooms are non-smoking.
If you arrive later than 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, please let us know, otherwise we will rent out the apartment if necessary.
In the high season we can only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
We have to charge for the final cleaning in any case.

Terms of cancellation:
- Cancellation of the booking: 3 months before the arrival date: there are no costs.
- Cancellation between 1 and 3 months before the day of arrival: 3 full days will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 1 month: The agreed fee will be charged less 20%.
- If you depart before the booked day of departure: the remaining time will be charged at the agreed price -20%.
